Primary Care Medicine encompasses annual physical exams, Pap smears, pre-operative evaluations, employment and school physicals, and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions. This list includes, but is not limited to diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, asthma, COPD, heart disease, depression, anxiety, menopause, thyroid disorders, skin disorders (such as acne, eczema, and contact dermatitis). Patients are encouraged to schedule an appointment for non-urgent matters. Appointments are required for physicals and Pap smears.

For urgent conditions, please walk in to the office without an appointment any time of day or night. The BIMG physicians routinely treat people with all sorts of infections, sexually transmitted diseases, injuries, anxiety, depression, wounds, lacerations, and many other acute conditions. They provide vaccinations for travel (excluding Yellow Fever and Japanese Encephalitis). The physicians treat patients under Worker's Compensation.
